1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tkpk3 and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the tkpk3 platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or by any other act that constitutes use of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any supplemental rules, game-specific guidelines, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this document.

tkpk3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. 2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the tkpk3 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkpk3 does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of tkpk3, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the tkpk3 platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the tkpk3 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes. tkpk3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the identity of any member at any stage of their account lifecycle.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tkpk3 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify tkpk3 support immediately via live chat.

• One account per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Account credentials must not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.
• False or misleading registration information will result in immediate account closure.
• tkpk3 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including a national ID card or passport before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at tkpk3's discretion, with prior notice given to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tkpk3 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not impose any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may charge fees independently.

Deposits are credited to your tkpk3 account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. tkpk3 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times or network outages affecting mobile financial services.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Members who have not yet completed KYC verification may experience extended processing times. tkpk3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• tkpk3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any such deposit will be reversed.
• Funds held in a tkpk3 account do not accrue interest.
• tkpk3 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud or compliance checks.
• Chargeback attempts, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction disputes will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tkpk3 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all tkpk3 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to members who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• tkpk3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered on the tkpk3 platform are provided by regulated third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engine that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series), football, and kabaddi, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market. • Members must not exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or system. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk3 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the tkpk3 platform or its underlying software.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful via any communication channel on the platform.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party without tkpk3's explicit written consent.

8 Responsible Gaming

tkpk3 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all members. We recognise that for a minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. • Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tkpk3 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkpk3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Using the tkpk3 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on the platform's content or design.

Any unauthorised use of tkpk3's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkpk3 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, tkpk3 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the platform arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or market results that is the responsibility of a third-party game or data provider.
• Losses arising from your voluntary decision to participate in gambling activities on the platform.

In any event, tkpk3's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

tkpk3 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tkpk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
